Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Kishanpur Tiger Lodge, we understand that travel plans can change.
Our Refund & Cancellation Policy is designed to be clear and fair to ensure a smooth experience for all our guests.

1. Cancellation Policy
a. Cancellations Made 30 Days Before Check-In

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more prior to your check-in date, you are eligible for a 100% refund of the total booking amount.

b. Cancellations Made Within 15 Days of Check-In

If you cancel your booking within 15 days of your scheduled check-in, 100% of the booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee, and no refund will be issued.

c. No-Show Policy

If you fail to check in on the scheduled date without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be applicable.

d. Early Check-Out

In case of early departure after check-in, no refund or adjustment will be provided for the unused nights.

2. Modification Policy

Booking modifications (dates or guest details) are subject to availability and lodge approval.

Any changes made within 15 days of the check-in date will be treated as a cancellation and charged accordingly.

3. Refund Process

If your booking qualifies for a refund:

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation approval.

Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used during booking.

Bank or payment gateway transaction charges (if any) may be deducted.

4. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Events)

In rare circumstances such as natural calamities, government restrictions, or emergencies beyond our control, we may:

Offer to reschedule your booking to a later date (subject to availability), or

Issue a full or partial refund, depending on the situation.

5. Third-Party Bookings

If you made your reservation through a travel agent, online booking portal, or third-party platform (e.g., Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, etc.), their respective refund and cancellation terms will apply. Please contact them directly for assistance.
