1. General Information

Kishanpur Tiger Lodge (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates this website to provide information about our property, rooms, services, and booking facilities. By using our site or staying with us, you accept these terms in full.

2. Booking Policy

  • Reservations can be made directly through our website, by phone, or via authorized travel partners.

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • A valid government ID is required at check-in for all guests.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a booking at our discretion.

3. Payment & Deposit

  • To confirm a booking, guests may be required to pay a [percentage]% advance deposit of the total stay cost.

  • Payments can be made via credit/debit card, UPI, bank transfer, or other accepted methods.

  • The remaining balance (if any) must be settled upon check-in unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival: Full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 15 days of arrival: 100% of the booking amount will be charged.

  • No-shows or early departures: No refund.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

5. Check-in / Check-out

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.

6. Guest Conduct

We expect all guests to maintain decorum and respect other visitors, staff, and property.
Any behavior deemed inappropriate, illegal, or disruptive may result in immediate eviction without refund.

7. Property Damage

Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to lodge property caused by themselves or their visitors.
Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the registered guest’s account.

8. Liability Disclaimer

While we take utmost care for your safety and comfort, Kishanpur Tiger Lodge is not liable for:

  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

  • Accidents, injuries, or illnesses occurring during the stay.

  • Events beyond our control, such as natural calamities or government restrictions.

9. Pets & Wildlife Policy

  • Pets are allowed only in designated areas (if applicable).

  • As the lodge is located near forest areas, guests are requested to follow all safety guidelines and avoid disturbing wildlife.

10. Website Usage

All content on kishanpurtigerlodge.com — including text, photos, and logos — is the property of Kishanpur Tiger Lodge.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of site content is prohibited.

11. Privacy Policy
